The Garage Between Here and There
For weeks I dreamed I couldn't find my car. When I finally asked Spirit where it was during meditation, I discovered it wasn't lost at all—it was being lovingly restored. What followed became one of the most meaningful spiritual lessons I've received.
What If the Weight You're Carrying Isn't Yours?
Have you ever felt exhausted for no obvious reason—as though you're carrying a weight you can't quite explain? During a recent meditation, my guide showed me that I was wearing a backpack filled with rocks, but most of them didn't belong to me. That simple image became a powerful reminder that we often carry ancestral burdens, old stories, other people's expectations, and emotional weight that was never ours to hold. Join me as I explore the gentle practice of releasing one "rock" at a time and discovering the freedom that comes with walking a little lighter.
Maybe We Were Never Meant to Be Small
How many of us make ourselves smaller just to fit in? How many of us make ourselves quieter so we do not disturb the room? In this deeply personal reflection, I explore the lessons I learned about visibility, the fear of being "too much," and the journey of stepping out of the shadows to become who I was always meant to be. Perhaps the world does not need a smaller version of us after all—it needs us exactly as we are.
The Still Point Within
What if meditation was never about silencing your thoughts?
For years I believed the goal was a completely quiet mind. Then I discovered something unexpected: the stillness I was seeking wasn't in my mind at all—it was within my heart.
This week's blog explores the difference between fighting the monkey mind and connecting with the divine spark that already lives within you.
✨ The still point.
✨ The pilot light.
✨ The place where your soul can be heard.

The New World Is Not Somewhere Else
There is a phrase I hear often in spiritual circles:
“The new world is coming.”
But lately I have been asking myself a deeper question.
What if the new world is not something arriving outside of us?
What if it is something awakening through us?
