As we started my personal session, I was so overwhelmed with a joy filled, peaceful emotion that it moved me to tears. From the opening through the closing, I felt Theri’s deep connection to our Spirit guides; it felt like their compassion and care came through her soul to nourish mine. She pulled a card that brought through Spirit’s invitation that I build my own spirit team. In the summary, Theri offered me a question to reflect on who has been present and who I wish to have on my spirit team. The very next morning I sat in quiet meditation, listening, then sketching the circle of healers, teachers, and guides who showed up as already being there with me. There was one new Archangel who symbolically represents a theme that’s been with me on my incredible journey. I invited his energy to the team! The process helped me synthesize and recognize who has been with me, who has come recently, and who I am ready to have join my spirit team. The message is active within me.
