The Golden Cords That Connect Us All
This week, Spirit showed me something so simple and so profound that it shifted how I see everything we touch, eat, feel, and allow into our lives.
Nothing we encounter is ever just physical.
Everything carries energy — and everything we allow into our world becomes part of us.
During meditation, I was shown a living web of connection that exists between all things. Not metaphorically. Literally. And once you see it, you cannot unsee it.
Before I even entered my meditation sphere, I found myself standing at the edge of a pristine cove. The water was smooth as glass, perfectly clear, and illuminated from within. In the center of the water, soft lights glowed beneath the surface. Everything felt pure, magnified, sacred.
A giant flower opened for me. I stepped inside and it closed gently around me, vibrating at a high frequency before pulling me downward through its stem into a magnificent hidden world. Then suddenly I was seated in my meditation sphere.
As I sat there, I noticed something extraordinary.
Thin golden cords were attached to everything within my sphere — every object, every element, every creation. Each cord extended from those things directly into my heart. Energy flowed through them constantly. Nothing in that space existed separately from me. Everything was connected.
Then I was shown a meadow outside the sphere — vast, mountainous, bathed in golden light. There too were golden cords, but this time they connected everything to everything else. Plants, animals, air, earth — all linked in a living web of exchange.
I watched as a deer grazed on a glowing plant. As it consumed the plant, the golden cords that had been connected to the plant shifted and attached to the deer. The plant’s energetic signature became part of the deer. Instantly and completely.
And in that moment the message was unmistakable:
Every single thing we touch or ingest carries an energetic signature that becomes part of us.
Not just food.
Conversations.
Media.
Emotions.
Environments.
Relationships.
Thought patterns.
Even the spaces we sit in daily.
We are constantly weaving energetic cords through what we engage with — and those cords live within our field long after the moment has passed.
This realization wasn’t heavy or alarming. It was empowering. Because awareness gives us choice.
This vision is not about fear or restriction. It is about conscious living.
When we understand that everything carries energy, we begin to choose differently — not from judgment, but from alignment.
Ask yourself gently this week:
What am I allowing into my body?
What am I allowing into my mind?
What am I allowing into my emotional field?
What environments nourish me — and which drain me?
What conversations leave me feeling expanded?
What do I need less of… and what do I need more of?
You do not need to become rigid or perfect. You simply need to become aware.
When you eat, eat with presence.
When you listen, listen with discernment.
When you engage, engage with intention.
When something feels heavy or misaligned, trust that signal.
Your heart is constantly forming energetic cords with what you experience.
Let those cords be woven with care.
You are not only a receiver of energy — you are also a transmitter.
What you hold within you flows outward into the world.
Choose what you carry.
We are living within a vast and beautiful web of energetic exchange. Nothing stands alone. Nothing is without impact. And nothing we experience is ever truly separate from us.
The invitation this week is simple:
Live consciously.
Receive intentionally.
Engage with awareness.
Honor what becomes part of you.
Because everything you allow into your life…
becomes part of your light.
