“The God Spark Within Us All”

The Question That Opened My Heart This Week

Lately I’ve been sitting with a question that feels ancient and new at the same time:
What exactly is the “God Spark” that lives within us?

I’ve always believed that every living being carries a piece of the Divine — a tiny ember of light placed in the heart at the moment of our creation.
But this week, the pondering deepened.
I found myself asking:

  • What does this spark actually look like?

  • Is it a feeling? A knowing? A sensation? A memory?

  • What would happen if we lived from it… not just during meditation, but every moment of every day?

And the more I thought about it, the more I realized —
this one spark within us may hold more healing, wisdom, and peace than we’ve ever been taught to access.

What the God Spark Really Is

For me, the spark has always shown itself as a tiny white light living in my heart chakra.
When I do my God Spark prayer, I visualize it growing:

  • through my body

  • through my aura

  • through my home

  • through my city

  • and then out into the entire world

It’s like sending a ripple of divine remembrance outward.

But the question came to me:
What if we could access this spark every moment — not just in meditation?

What if…

  • we could heal ourselves by touching that spark?

  • we could remember the wisdom we’ve forgotten?

  • we could create miracles the way Jesus did — not because he was different from us, but because he lived from His spark fully?

That thought gave me chills.

When I sat with these questions and really sunk into them, I realized or spirit spoke into me that the God Spark appears to people not just as a light, but as four layers of experience:

1. A Knowing

A deep, inner remembrance that we are more than flesh and fear.

2. A Feeling

Warmth, peace, expansion, or the sense of being held.

3. A Sensation

A pulse, tingling, or light inside the chest.

4. A Belief — but deeper than belief

Not hoping.
Remembering.

The God Spark is the part of us that never forgot God… even when we did.
And that by accessing it, we open the doorway to healing, intuition, and soul memory.

If humanity collectively lived from this spark…
wars wouldn’t stand a chance.
Hate couldn’t survive.
Suffering would lose its power.
We would begin to live the Heaven-on-Earth blueprint we’ve all felt in our quiet moments.

Just imagine a world where every person remembers the divine light inside themselves.

A Prayer to Help Us Remember the Spark

This week, I felt called to share a prayer — one that gently awakens the God Spark in all of us:

✨ The God Spark Prayer ✨

Divine Light within me,
the spark of God that has lived in me since the beginning,
I remember you now.

You are the breath inside my breath,
the wisdom within my heart,
the peace beneath all thoughts,
and the love that never leaves.

May you rise within me
like a growing flame of clarity, healing, and truth.
Fill my body, my mind, and my spirit
until every part of me shines with your light.

May this light extend beyond me—
into my home, my community,
my city, my country, and the world.

May every being remember the spark within them.
May we awaken to our shared divinity.
May we choose compassion over fear,
connection over separation,
and love over harm.

Today, I walk in the light of my God Spark.
I honor it in myself.
I honor it in all beings.

May this remembrance heal the world.
May this remembrance heal me.
And may the spark of God be known again
as the truth of who we are.

Amen.

A Spark That Changes Everything

If there is one truth I feel most deeply today, it is this:

The God Spark is not something we earn.
It is something we remember.

When we soften, breathe, open, and allow it to guide us…
life becomes miraculous.
Synchronicities line up.
Healing unfolds.
Clarity returns.
And love becomes the default setting of the human heart.

As you move through the week ahead, may you feel that spark in your own chest — glowing, expanding, whispering the truth:

The Divine lives in you.
It always has.
It always will.

May your spark shine bright today
And may it remind others to awaken theirs.
